We’re collecting unused diabetes supplies to help those struggling with access due to high costs or insurance challenges. Your donations can make a big difference for someone who needs them right here in Arizona.
Here’s what we’re actively collecting:
Unused insulin pens or vials (in-date)
Glucose meters and test strips (sealed and in-date)
Continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensors and transmitters (sealed)
Insulin pump supplies (sets, cartridges, etc.)
Glucose tablets and gels (sealed and in-date)
Other diabetes-related products (new and unopened)
